about
Single from our upcoming album "Heed The Warning"
lyrics
Watch in the dark cloak of night
An uprise will sure bring a fight
The system is theirs for the taking
Overlords long in the making
High in the towers they watch
Life to them but a notch
Extinction the only desire
This system of ours will expire
It’s over and we are to blame
The weak ones helped stoke the flame
Our future is theirs for the molding
The plan for destruction unfolding
Oh, Overlord
Traitors/detractors stacked high
Their ashes will soon fill the sky
The people will now bow in grace
Overlords now hold their place
World has since been destroyed
Your life is now empty and void
Family and friends bend a knee
Forget what it means to be free
Oh, Overlord

I've gotten myself into GR by first getting their last album, then decided to give this one a go too. Atoms divide, life decays, seems we are into nuclear explosions here, that is how GR feels, a powerful and fast blitz and stormy riffs and groovy hardcorish - thrashy blasts. Highly recommended for all thrash lovers out there. Toxic Holocaust does come in mind, true that, Wraith, Municipal Waste fans should love this ! sachavonkarl74

Pretty much the best Black/Speed Metal I've listened to since I learned about Evil Invaders and Vulture. Everything you'd love to be reminded of about this musical era is there. The influences are what you'd expect too: Motörhead, Venom, Bathory, early Slayer, Celtic Frost; aggressive vocals, tortured guitar solos, pounding drums; everything is fast, clear and still a little grimy, but without reverb cranked up to the max. Amazing band, amazing album. Odiumediae
